It only writes what is in your book.
Your menu and your house notes are the book. The host copies prices exactly, quotes your policies, and says when it is not sure. Before an answer reaches a guest, every price in it is checked against your menu.

Needs a person
When a guest needs a person, you hear about it.
Refunds, complaints, big parties, a severe allergy, or anything your book does not answer: the host says so, passes the chat to your team, and emails every owner and manager in their own language.
The email never carries the guest’s messages or contact details, and a request is saved only after the guest says yes to being contacted.
